I am a 52year old hispanic male. Since December 2004 I have had a knot on my right temple. It's more like a bubble about half an inch in diameter. It feels soft to the touch and you can also feel the vein pounding on the skin. I don't know what it is and want to know if I should go to my primary care physician or to a specialist?
