In order to stay healthy, one should eat healthy and stay active. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and one should eat in the morning everyday. It is very unhealthy when people skip over it. There is a quote by Francis Bacon that describes how much one should eat.[br][br]"<span class="body">A bachelor's life is a fine breakfast, a flat lunch, and a miserable dinner". [br][br]This quote basically says that one should eat a lot </span>during breakfast, a medium amount for lunch, and eat a very light dinner. [br][br]Some daily exercise can be done by just walking or stretching. Drinking lots of water, not staying in front of the tv too much, and avoiding junk food.

Hi,

I'm 26 years old, and I want to make sure that I should maintain some healthy style in nutrition, exercise, or my life in general. Would anyone please just tell me more about this?

Thanks!
