Dear Madam:

Im Dr. roque from the philippines, ur husband complaint of lightheadedness is due to low cardiac output which means not enough blood pump from the heart to the system including the brain secondary to heart failure since ur husband had multiple bypass surgery he had multiple coronary artery disease that leads to heart failure. thank you

My husband suffers from congestive heart failure. He had a quadruple bypass and has been doing really well. But for about the past 10 days, he is getting lightheaded when he walks up the stairs. Could this be related to his heart? should I contact his cardiologist??
