[p]Along with exercising, and cutting back on salt, some other ways in which you might be able to reduce your high blood pressure, I have heard, is to eat a healthy diet including garlic and fish oil. In addition, you might want to cut back on caffeine and reduce your stress. I hope this helps, good luck lowering your blood pressure![/p]

Yes, increased intensity and frequency of exercise within your cardiovascular limits(if you don't have any heart disease)and according to your age can definately help to reduce your BP. Khawaja Maqbool Ahmed

i just found out i have high blood pressure. i did not think i could get it because i was a jock in my younger days. i was put on vasotec[sp?] but want to know what else i can do to lower my BP. i know about cutting back on salt. is there anything else i can do to figth this.? does eatting hot peppers raise your BP? what about exercise. i love pumping iron. should i switch to a more areobic work out? thanks for any help u can give me.
