two orthopedic surgeons have concurred in my diagnosis of ocd in this 55 year old male who has no history of knee problems. the fragment is stable and not loose at this time and generates modest discomfort. both mds told me i could go back to walking 3 miles a day and to essentially forget about the problem. neither discussed physical therapy or other exercises. i would like to prevent further degeneration and surgery. how do i find out more about specific exercises and or therapy. thank you very much.
