Good Afternoon. I am writing in reference to the NYHA Class. During our clinical study we ask the research coordinator to fill in the Classification, however, they are having a hard time with doing so. They feel it is the doctor's responsibility. I am looking for some sort of abstract, letter, article mentioning that it is OK for nurses to assess this test. I would like to find something short and sweet but with justification from an article. If you should have any information on this topic, I would greatly appreciate it.
