In the news today:Inexperienced Can Use DefibrillatorsIt seems like there are a lot of arguments on either side of this issue. I have to say that having defibrillators out in public could be a little on the risky side without some form of security surrounding them. It seems too easy that kids or even adults who decide to mess around with these devices could hurt themselves.
