The question then looking at this article is how much of tehse vitamins do you/should you take? vitamins B12 and B6 are readily avaialble in mots animal food products (beef, poultry) as well s being highly fortified in most cereals (along with many other of teh B vitamins) folic acid is also available in most meat productsa s well as in significant quantities in the "meat substitutes" in most good vegetarian diets- legumes, root begetables, asparagus, as wella s whole grains, barley etc. Its actually kind of hard to NOT get the daily recommended amount of these excepting if you have absorption problems. I assume that the study had a "fortified" dosage of these vitamins?
