Shiben I completely agree with you.Yoga is the best way for peace of mind and it will definately help in controling the problem of hypertension.

Hi Sarah,[br][br]Peace of mind is the key to remain calm and have cool temperament. I advice, the person with hypertension should be made to learn yoga, do little prayer everyday, should be told the cons short temperedness. Person should be made to realize the benefits of living happily, to control temper and remain calm.No doctor can work on it, only person himsel/herself has to change the thinking process and attitude.

Several family members I know have hypertension, and as a result, lose their tempers quickly...which is also bad as it raises blood pressure![br][br]Any tips on how someone with hypertension can control their temper...and how to advise them tactfully?
